Zsuzsa Szűcsné Szaniszló

I graduated as an economist (MSc) at the University of Miskolc in 1999 and completed my post graduate study in human resource management. I received a pre-degree certification at the Business Theory and -Practice Doctoral School, my research topic is employee engagement. After graduation, I started working as an associate lecturer and later as an associate professor at the Institute of Business Economics in Miskolc. Since 2010, I have been working as a consultant, I have been involved in and managed various successful projects at a big number of domestic and multinational companies. I support my clients by facilitating workshops, conducting trainings, group coaching and team coaching. I have passed a PCC level coach exam (certification from ICF accredited training institution). My main areas of expertise are: trainings, group level developments, coaching, HR process management, employee engagement management, key employee management, competence management, human comprehensive process management and employer branding.

Imre Virág

I graduated as a mechanical engineer (MSc) with major in industrial engineering at the University of Miskolc (Miskolc, Hungary). In 2001 I obtained an MBA degree (Newport University, California, USA). I started my professional career as an assistant lecturer at the University of Miskolc, Department of Management. From 1994 I was responsible for the human resources development at Electrolux Lehel Kft., besides this role I had operational HR managerial tasks for several production sites of Electrolux. Later, I became responsible for the strategic recruitment of the Electrolux Group in Stockholm. After returning to Hungary, I became the HR director of the Wallis Autó Holding Group, then the head of the human resources department of MÁV Zrt. Following the establishment of Máv-START Zrt., I held the position of Deputy General manager (Human Resources) and then I was promoted to be the Deputy General Manager (General Affairs). As a consultant, my main areas of expertise are HR process management, competence management, human controlling, compensation management, employee engagement and retention, key employee management, organization design, and organization development.
