We have developed the DSE methodology to measure the engagement and retention levels of organizations and to identify the actions that influence these levels. In general it is useful to perform DSE measurements once in every 1.5-2 years. This is because the identification of the actions and the implementation of these actions take some time after the measurements.
On the other hand, tracking whether “we are on the right track” requires much more frequent measurements. This is why we developed the methodology of DSE(pulse) measurement. It is capable of immediately making visible the levels of engagement and intention to leave as they change as a result of certain events.
MOST FREQUENTLY THIS QUESTION NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IF …
- ... we wish to track the progress of the actions designed to increase the engagement level
- … we wish to track the progress of the actions designed to strengthen the retention potential
- … we would like to see the effect of an unexpected event (managerial decision) on the engagement level or the retention potential
RESULTS OF THE PROJECT:
- We get a quick result about the changes in the retention potential and the engagement level.
- The direction of the retention potential and the engagement level can be tracked (the tendency is visible)
- We have the opportunity to immediately see the results of the various actions so we can intervene faster.
