In recent years a number of tools have appeared to separately manage the human risk factor (tiredness management, burnout management, key employee management, fraud prevention management, engagement management, etc.). However, it is hard to find a comprehensive system to embrace the entire spectrum of human risk factors capable of managing the human risk factors within a uniform framework.
During the project we reveal the organizational phenomena that may result in the occurrence of one of the four basic human risks. The basic human risks are:
- There is nobody to do the job;
- There is somebody to do the job but they are not suitable;
- There is somebody to do the job and they are suitable but they don’t do it well;
- They cause damages intentionally.
We can support our clients in solving the problems related to the comprehensive management of human risks on two levels: on the one hand, using the HR2A-based risk exploration methodology and, on the other hand, identifying the actions to reduce the human risks (preventive actions and actions weakening the effects of the incident) as a result of the measurements and, if needed, supporting the various projects.
MOST COMMONLY, THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE FOCUSSED ON IF…
- … we would like to get a comprehensive picture of the human risk drivers.
- … we regard human resources a capacity.
- … the company wishes to manage the knowledge capital of its employees consciously.
- … the management would like to manage all the business risks in a complex way.
WHAT DO WE DELIVER? RESULTS OF THE PROJECT:
- The management understands human risks.
- The security and stability of operation becomes stronger.
- Challenges of business size changes (growth, decrease) become much easier to manage.
- Reducing managers’ personal risk (the criterion “due diligence reasonably expected from managers” is met).
