In order to determine the necessary human capacity, we have to know the positions. In our approach, position analyses have a three-thronged goal in creating the basis: firstly, for preparing the job descriptions; secondly, for determining the competence needs of the positions; and, thirdly, for the position assessments. As the result of position assessment, the management understands what weight and importance the given position represents within the organisation.

The position analysis or position assessment is essential in order to establish the effective corporate and organisational structure and the fair wage system.
