The machines, tools and processes fundamentally determine the operation of the organization. But at the end of the day we understand that somebody needs to use and operate them in order to create the economic value and it is the managers and shift leaders who make their colleagues use and effectively operate the machines and tools. We could see it from our own experiences that, on the one hand, management development means developing the managers’ own personality and competences and it is only meaningful if it is a worthwhile investment in order to increase the efficiency of the organization.
