Trainings

At our trainings, we lay great emphasis on tailoring the agenda and the methods to the individual or, more precisely, to the company. Instead of using “package” trainings, we start with the real needs of the client. We explore what the client exactly needs and we determine the goal of the training together.

In case of managerial trainings we define what are the organizational phenomena and the managerial behavior samples that the client wishes to change. We identify which managerial competencies need to be developed and we apply the methodology that best fits the organization, also taking into account the learning style of the participants.

We find it essential to create and maintain an atmosphere of trust during and after the training!
